Search items

Use the search field in the collection toolbar to quickly find items in the current collection.

Choose a collection from the sidebar. See Browse collections.

Click the search input and type your query. Results filter as you type.

Click OPEN on a matching row to edit the item.

Search with filters

Search works together with filters and advanced filters. When both are active, items must match the search query and all active filters.

Apply structured filters by field, status, or date.

Combine multiple rules with And or Or.

Control which columns appear while searching.
