Manage your Webflow connection
Re-connect, manage access, and unlink your Webflow account
Wicked CMS maintains a Webflow OAuth connection for your account. Use the user menu and sites grid to manage that connection.
User menu options
Open the user menu (your initials in the top-right corner) to see Webflow-related actions:
Manage Webflow returns you to the sites grid. It does not open Webflow account settings or OAuth management in Webflow directly.
Re-connect Webflow
If your Webflow connection was revoked or expired:
- Sign in to Wicked CMS with Google
- Click Connect Webflow on the connect screen, or Connect Webflow in the user menu
- Complete authorization on Webflow
See Connect Webflow.
Unlink all sites
To fully disconnect Wicked CMS from your Webflow account, use Unlink all sites on the Your Webflow sites screen.
Go to Your Webflow sites
Click the Wicked CMS logo from any workspace, or choose Manage Webflow from the user menu.

The dialog explains:
This revokes this app’s access to your Webflow account and removes all connected sites. You’ll need to reconnect Webflow to manage your CMS again.
While unlinking is in progress, the confirm button shows Unlinking….
Unlink all sites revokes access for your entire Webflow account — not individual sites. There is no per-site disconnect in Wicked CMS.
After unlinking
After a successful unlink, you are redirected to the home screen and must Connect Webflow again before managing CMS content.
Per-user connections
Each Wicked CMS user connects their own Webflow account. Unlinking affects only your connection — it does not affect other team members’ connections.
