What is Wicked CMS?
The mobile companion for your Webflow CMS — edit and publish from your phone
Wicked CMS is the mobile companion for your Webflow CMS. It’s a web app you open in any browser — including the one on your phone — so you can edit, publish, and manage collection items on the go, without opening the Webflow Designer. You can also manage the site asset library — upload files, organize folders, and update alt text — alongside your CMS content. Sign in with email, Google, or GitHub, connect your Webflow account, and keep your content moving from wherever you are.
There’s nothing to install: open app.wickedcms.com on your phone, tablet, or laptop and the workspace adapts to your screen with a touch-friendly layout.

Who is it for?
Wicked CMS is built for content editors, marketers, and site managers who need to update Webflow CMS content without being tied to a desk. It’s the companion you reach for when you’re away from the Designer — fix a typo from your phone, publish a post between meetings, or manage blog posts, product listings, and team profiles across sites, all from a focused workspace that works anywhere.
What you can do
Open Wicked CMS in your phone or tablet browser. The sidebar, filters, and item editor adapt to a touch layout so you can update content from anywhere.
Open any collection, search and filter items, and edit fields in a dedicated detail panel.
Switch to Assets to browse folders, upload files, and edit display names or alt text.
Save drafts, publish items, queue changes for site publish, and archive or delete when needed.
Open sites from Your Webflow sites, switch locales in the sidebar, and choose locale scope when creating or publishing.
