After signing in with Google, connect your Webflow account so Wicked CMS can access your sites and CMS collections.

Connect from the welcome screen

When you first sign in (or after unlinking), Wicked CMS shows the Connect Webflow screen.

1

Read the connection notice

The screen explains that you must start this step from Wicked CMS while signed in. Installing the app from the Webflow dashboard alone will not complete the connection.

2

Click Connect Webflow

Click Connect Webflow. The button shows Redirecting to Webflow… while you are sent to Webflow to authorize access.

3

Authorize on Webflow

On Webflow, approve access for Wicked CMS. You are redirected back to Wicked CMS when authorization succeeds.

4

View your sites

After a successful connection, you land on Your Webflow sites.

Re-connect from the user menu

If you are signed in but Webflow is not connected, open the user menu and click Connect Webflow. This starts the same OAuth flow.

Sign out from the connect screen

If you signed in with the wrong Google account, click Sign out on the Connect Webflow screen to return to the login page.

Each team member must connect their own Webflow account. Wicked CMS uses per-user OAuth — one person’s connection does not grant access to another person’s Webflow data.

You must click Connect Webflow from within Wicked CMS while signed in. Installing or authorizing the app only from the Webflow dashboard does not link your account in Wicked CMS.

Connection errors

If the connection check fails after sign-in, Wicked CMS shows Connection check failed with a Retry button. Click Retry to run the check again.

Common causes:

  • Temporary network or Webflow API issues
  • An incomplete OAuth callback (browser closed before redirect finished)
  • Webflow authorization was denied or revoked

Next step

After connecting, open a site from Your Webflow sites.
