Switch between sites

Move between Webflow sites from the grid or sidebar

Wicked CMS lets you switch sites from two places: the Your Webflow sites grid on the home screen, and the SiteSwitcher in the sidebar while inside a site workspace.

From Your Webflow sites

The home screen shows all connected sites as cards. Click any card to open that site’s workspace.

From the SiteSwitcher (inside a site)

While editing content inside a site, use the SiteSwitcher at the top of the sidebar.

Open the site switcher

Click the current site name in the sidebar header. While sites are loading, the trigger shows Loading sites…. If no site is selected, it shows Select a site.

Search for a site

Type in the Search sites field to filter the list by site name.

Select a site

Click a site in the list. Wicked CMS navigates to that site’s workspace and reloads collections for the new site.

Return to the sites grid

Click the Wicked CMS logo in the header (Wicked CMS home) to return to Your Webflow sites.

From inside a site workspace, you can also open the user menu and click Manage Webflow, which navigates to the sites grid.

What resets when you switch sites

When you switch to a different site:

  • Collections reload for the new site
  • The first collection (A–Z) is auto-selected
  • The first locale is selected
  • Any open item detail sheet closes

Plan to save unsaved item changes before switching sites.
