Export selected items to CSV

You can now export a specific set of items while in Select mode, without exporting every item currently in view.

What’s new?

Export button in the bulk toolbar — appears when you enter select mode alongside Update items, Duplicate, and Exit select
Exports only the items you have checked — when select mode is active, the CSV includes your selected rows instead of all visible items
Same Export to CSV dialog — choose which columns to include before downloading
Export is disabled until at least one item is selected, or while a bulk action or duplicate is in progress

How to export selected items

Enter select mode

In the collection header, click Select. Checkboxes appear on each row.

Choose items

Click checkboxes to select individual items, or use the header checkbox to select all visible items.

Click Export

In the bulk toolbar, click Export to open the export dialog.

Choose columns

Select or deselect columns under Item details and Fields. Use Select all or Deselect all to toggle every column at once.

Download

Click Export to download the CSV file for your selected items.

Outside select mode, Export in the collection toolbar still downloads all items currently in view — including any active search or filter settings.
