Export items to CSV

Export collection items to a CSV file directly from the items table.

What’s new?

  • Export button in the collection toolbar. It downloads the items currently in view as a CSV file.
  • Export to CSV dialog. Choose which columns to include before downloading.
  • The export follows your active search and filter settings, so you can export a specific subset of items.
  • The columns match Webflow’s native CSV export format, including reference slugs, media URLs, and system fields such as Item ID, Locale ID, and publish dates.

How to export

Select a collection

Choose the collection containing the items you want to export.

Narrow the list (optional)

Use search or filters to limit which items are included in the export.

Click Export

In the collection toolbar, click Export to open the export dialog.

Choose columns

Select or deselect columns under Item details and Fields. Use Select all or Deselect all to toggle every column at once.

Download

Click Export to download the CSV file.
