# Reload items

Wicked CMS keeps recently loaded items ready so the table opens quickly. Use **Reload items** when you need the latest item list directly from Webflow.

## Reload the items list

Choose the collection whose items you want to refresh.

In the collection toolbar, click the refresh button (**Reload items**).

The table shows **Loading CMS items...** while the latest data is fetched directly from Webflow.

## When to reload items

Reload the collection when:

* Someone else edited items in Webflow or another Wicked CMS session
* You published or changed items in the Webflow Designer
* Status badges or field values look out of date
* You just created, duplicated, or deleted items outside Wicked CMS

## Reload items vs. reload a single item

Use **Reload items** when the table view may be stale. Use [Reload an item from Webflow](/reload-item-from-webflow) when you are editing one item and want to discard local changes in favor of the Webflow version.

## Search and filters after reload

Active [search](/search-items) and [filter](/filter-items) settings remain applied after a reload.
